The following process is intended to give a team or player a means to appeal a decision taken by the Cornerstone athletic director:
- The team coach shall write a letter to the Cornerstone athletic committee outlining the incident and the reason for the appeal.
- The team coach and the player involved in the original incident, will meet with the athletic committee, to further clarify their positions and understanding of the situation and facts presented.
- The committee will deliberate and make its decision in a closed session.
- The committee will communicate its decision verbally, and in writing, to the coach of the team involved.
Decisions taken by referees during the game are final and cannot be appealed.
